  1. it's a normal body reaction.

  2. usually its because you think the other person is better  your intimidated listen to music think about how hard you train (hopefully you trained) and dont tell your self your the best cuz you should no you are

  3. First off, you have to know if you're nervous about performance anxiety or nervous about getting hurt. If you're afraid of getting hurt, it helps to spar with professionals (tell them to go easy) so that you have confidence.

If you're nervous about performance anxiety, just make sure to tell yourself beforehand that it's ok to lose. It also helps if you have a coach assure you that. Winning isn't everything and you'll have to accept losing before you can relax yourself enough to win. Goodluck.

  4. normal and the only wat to stop is just get out there the key is to change youre focus .

  5. my old trainer told me that everyone gets nervous and that its an unavoidable thing.  i think that once you have experenced everything you possibly can in the ring hhen you stop being nervous

  6. your anxious. obviously your nervous aswell. the only way to get over this is to TELL YOURSELF that you are the best. and that you will not lose. your nervous because you dont know what the outcome will be. you have doubts that youll lose. know the outcome, and you can control your anxiousness.

  7. someone once told me that that feeling wont go away, its something that u have to learn to deal with. u have to learn how to control that feeling. use those "butterflies" to ur advantage, it'll make u more cautious. its also a mental thing. u also have to prepare ur mind b4 a fight. dont think about getting hurt or losing, just think about how ur going to hurt ur opponent.....

  8. Everyone feels shaky, unless you are Fedor Emelianenko (the baddest fighter on the planet).  He probably has more emotion putting his pants on in the morning than getting ready to fight.

You overcome the feeling by training and being confident.  It's easy to say even the most professional fighters have that adrenalin rush.  Don't worry about it.  The feeling is probably gonna drive you the drive you need to win the fight.
