Feeling numb and spaced out?

Okay, the past few days ive been feeling quite wierd. During the night. When I wake up in the morning this goes away. So my guess is, it could be blood circulation. But I excercise quite a lot and I mean a lot. I just ran about 6 miles earlier. So now im not really sure what the problem is. Though I feel fine in the morning and as the day goes on I start to feel like I feel now. Its like "in a good way to describe it".. I don't have as many nerves right now. Sorta like im numb..I can still feel stuff but not like normal. And I seem to have noticed to that I feel kinda spaced out in my brain. You know, not so much focus. Even HEARIN seems different. Its like I can hear of course as usual, but my brain just doesn't catch it all like it normally does. Kinda like when your ears are full of air when your driving in high places then when you drive back down your ears pop. Well mine feel like that right now along with the rest of my body being numb feeling..

Bassically im trying to explain how my whole body feels.

I know its not an emergency either since this has been going on for a few days now and this is the 4th day. But does anybody know the answer or why this might be happening.?

  1. It may be caused by your glucose deficiency--Drink water with salt and sugar after the exercises is over.

  2. I felt like this today, but after I got some sugars into my system I felt fine.

It might be that you are just at a low sugar level. Try drinking a soda or having some ice cream. And don't excersize too much, because that uses up a LOT of energy and sugars. So after that I'd say: Don't over do your running too much and intake a bit more sugar then you are right now.

    Hope I helped a bit.

  3. I wish i could answer your question but i can't.... but know exactly how you are feeling, i have had the exact same thing lately... i know that doesn't help, but yeah i know how it is...
