I'm not tired. I took my vitamin. I ate as much as I could. But everytime I stand up my eyes blur and I need to sit down, well, not everytime. I just feel so faint. I know I'm supposed to be fatigued but this is a bit extreme I can't even clean my house today and I really need to but I get so dizzy when I start walking around. So what can I do to feel better? I am constantly thirst too, just weirdly thirsty and I eat well, but even though I'm pregnant I lost 4 pounds.
