I could not sleep last night at all. I am wondering if my being unsteady right now is more insomnia. I don't know what to do.

  1. It takes time for the meds to work. It's possible it's the meds causing you not to sleep I suggest you contact your doctor and see.

  2. Maybe call your doctor and explain your symptoms. What you're describing is not good and you need to talk to someone. Good luck!

  3. The best to do is call your doctor and go back and see him,

as this is not good.. and maybe its something else? or could be insomnia

  4. It takes awhile for Lithium to build up in your system.  It will help with your depression, but it takes time to build up and also for you to get the right dose.

One side effect of Lithium can be a tremble, like in your hands.  But you are at a very low dose, so I do not think that is what is happening.

Not beeing able to sleep, crying, and feeling weak are signs of depression.  You meds have not kicked in, so you are still feeling depressed.

Call your doctor if you are worried.
