Im a normal 16 year old male, finished GCSE's and going to college soon. For about the last year i have randomly felt sick practically every day mostly in the mornings, im never actually sick or being on the point of it but i always just do feel sick. I went to the doctor in may and she just said it was stress because of exams but i had it before that and have finished exams ages ago now. Im not that stressed anyway. I sleep a good amount and always eat reasonably normally. I don't eat quite as much because i feel sick but i make up for it other times. But im still 6ft and of average build.

Can anyone help with this???

  1. it could be something like excess acid building up from your stomach i know plenty of people that suffer from this with the same symptoms as yours

  2. YOU MAY BE PREGNANT

  3. You need to find another Doctor who will give you a complete check-up.

  4. If this sicky feeling only affects you in the mornings--do you feel better after food?.

If so it might be due to low blood sugar.

Suck a sweet or eat a biscuit and see if that helps and if it does get your sugar checked.

You might need to eat supper at night to keep up your blood sugar level.

    Just a suggestion!

  5. its known as depression and ends up in you committing suicide

    i'm sorry

  6. if it is stress reading out loud could really reduce the stress.

  7. Try this site to figure out what your symptoms mean

    http://symptoms.webmd.com/default.htm

  8. Are you sexually active? and if you are and you have a GF she might be pregnant and you are having morning sickness, It is possible!!!!

  9. Could be a number of things.  Do you get an acid like burning sensation in your chest, or at the back of your throat?  Or a pain just under your rib cage?  If so, it could be a small hiatus hernia, causing stomach acid to leak into your oesophagus in the night, and as soon as you get up in the morning it all collects up making you feel sick.

Try raising your bed a few inches at the top - put the top legs on a brick, that should be enough, and see if that improves it.

It could also be depression related, most teens get depressed at some point.

Either way, go back to your doctor, tell him its really affecting you and ask for a referral to a specialist.
