Question:

Feeling sick after work outs?

So I run 10-20 minutes daily and about a minute after I finishing running I start to feel sick in my stomach. It lasts anywhere from 2-10 minutes. I don't eat before hand, I do have about half a glass of water and I drink water immediately after I finishing running as well. So what I'm asking is, is it normal under my situation to feel sick after running?

  1. Are you eating enough? Are you diabetic? Are you getting enough carbohydrates? Are you eating before you're running, and if so, how long before? What time of day do you run?

  2. There are a bunch of different reasons for it. Low Blood sugar, dehydrated, overly hydrated without enough electrolytes....just keep experimenting with different foods & drinks before hand. Any you mey need something TOTALLY different in the heat versus cold. In the summer I like to drink something called ULTIMA before & in the beginning of a run. It has electolyes without alot of sugar.
