  1. It's amazing that you have an 11 yr old daughter and don't understand that she is describing being horny.

  2. She's growing up, and she's feeling horny... and that's perfectly normal.   If you're comfortable enough with her, you could tell her that masturbating will help make the "tickle" go away and will make her feel very good... and if you're not comfortable telling her about that, just let her be and tell her it's OK for her to feel those things.

  3. Sounds pretty common - but - who's 'norman'?

  4. Usually when young girls describe the tickle-y feeling, it means they're discovering arousal and self-pleasure. I figured it out long before I hit puberty, but it wasn't important to me until then. Leave her be to discover these feelings, and when she's old enough, give her the s*x talk.

Above all, DON'T demonize it. Puberty is hard enough on girls without making them feel like everything they feel naturally is evil.

  5. She's hitting puberty.

    Take good care of her.
