  1. you should contact your doctor. you probably got a concussion, and they are probably going to tell you that there is nothing you can do about it, but you should call and tell them your symptoms, when I fell like that they just took my symptoms over the phone and they decided that it was a mild consussion and i didnt have to be seen.  just don't hit your head again for 2-3 weeks, thats what they told me. and take it easy for a week.

  2. definatly have it checkout. the area you landed on could give you one of two things , minor whiplash , or b  mild concussion . you do npt have to hit your head to recieve a concussuon . the whiplash , especially with women and thier increased flexabilty , are concussion prone . in this case it could take 3 to 5 days , for symptons to appeare . i am not trying to scare you . but i played sports for too many years , many at pro level . very concussion prone to this day, suffer from post concussion syndrome at the age of 60 plus . the spoert i played was box lacrosse canada and the united states , part of it was pre-helmet era . not as dangerous a sport as cheer leading . please have a exam a s a p . the sooner the better . i hope you have not slept . please , please go to emergency room , do not take any pain killers . you are involved in a high risk sport . congrats . and any person who says cheerleading is not a sport . is a unathetic moron . you are a better athelte than the players you cheer for . i have many rings , plus hall of fame induction . you are a greater all around athelete than i ever was or could have dremnt of being . pl;ease have the exam . it may just require , ice packs . please dont ignore this . great sport you are doing .

  3. anything concerning the head or spine is worth going to the doctor for you should get that checked out

  4. Drink some water/gatorade. You could be dehydrated.

Eat some fruit, too, particularly raisins. It'll help with the lightheadedness.

Try to rest as much as you can.

  5. hmm, drink some water and relax. get a good night's sleep and if you still feel that way in the morning then you should tell your parents and get more help
