I am really worried about my shins because on the inside of my right leg (mostly my right leg) it feels like the muscle is pulling away from the bone.I have rested my shins for a week because i went away on holiday and the only exercise i did was swimming and kayaking.I have just been bouncing on my trampoline and i have felt the pain shooting up and down the inside of my leg. I am 13 years old and i normally train 3 times a week. I had overpronation and i was given orthotics to realign my knees and things. What is wrong??? Please help :(Also, i once rested my shins for around 6 weeks doing nothing but swimming but when i started light training again it just came back, worse.
