I am just shocked!! Only 3 top barristers to work for a capped fee.

Lesson to be learnt here.Don't play with guns and you won't need a TOP barrister!

More heartache for Rhys's family. The waiting for closure must be immense.

How out of 3 top barristers do they think he can't get a fair trail? He only needs 1

  1. Every body knows that kid did it, why does he need a "fair" trial? What he needs is any barrister to be nice enough to bother representing him and to hope to god they don't release his name to the general public.

Of course, when he gets out in 10 years time, it will be all about how brilliant for him that he's been given a new identity and relocated to carry on living a normal life.

    Scum.

  2. it's not about justice, it's all about money.

  3. Typical. What next! Ridiculous. His name will come out and hope their lives are made h**l!!!

  4. It is ridiculous I agree. I do hope that he gets a fair trial though, because then he'll have nothing to complain about or appeal against when he gets locked away, and Rhys's family will be left in peace to grieve.

  5. Just get the b****rd that did it and leave him in a room with family and friends of Rhys

Then we might see really justice

  6. Just another shameful delaying tactic. Apart from estate agents, is there a lower 'profession' than solicitors/barristers?

  7. Its ridiculous in this country  when it comes to getting closure for families of victims. They say the law is an ***.

  8. Its about money these days, and this boy does not come into it. I feel sorry for the Rhys family with all this waiting and hanging around to get justice while they argue about money. The whole lot of the justice system is rotten to the core and it matters not about the kids that get murdered. Like it was mentioned in a letter he will only get about ten years and will not do that, and then be treated like a lord when he comes out, with everything he wants. If I were the parents that would be the time to sue him for all that he gets.
