uummm i just recently joined my school's cross country team and i go to practice couple times a week. The other day after running for about 45 minutes, while I was walking i noticed my right lower leg was all cramped (like everythin below the knee) while my left leg didnt hurt much at all. After a while the cramp went away but then my right heel started hurting...it was like that the whole night, the next day it was gone though. How come i only felt pain on one leg?? am i running the wrong way?

Oh and another question....how come your legs cramp up while running on concrete, like roads and stuff, but not as much when im running on grass? anything i can do to prevent that?

  1. You may have shin splints. Ask your coach, he should give you different workouts to accommodate you. Mine does.

Running on concrete is more difficult because its a harder surface than grass. You may want to buy SuperFeet insoles, I forgot what I did. -___-"

    Tips

You should ice your shins every night after running.

    Buy SuperFeet insoles.

If you don't have trainers buy em
