  1. Ummmm.. Don't be a klutz.....Accept some responsibility for YOUR screwup.... I hate lawyers too, but for god sakes get out of the gimmee-gimmee-gimmee mentality.

  2. A Claim for what? Were you charged for the doctor visits?

anyway 3 trips for some cuts that didn't require stitches. Sounds like you are exaggerating something since you use the word 'sliced' yet all they did was bandage it up. Doesn't equal up.

  3. Phfft..

  4. Three trips to the doctor for "sliced fingers" but no stitches were needed?  If a finger is "sliced", that implies a deep cut.  If three fingers are "sliced", that implies a serious wound.  If they were "sliced", the ship's doctor would have sutured the cuts.

For a lawsuit, you would need proof of a serious injury as well as proof that it was the fault of the cruise line - such as photographs of the sharp edges of the railing.  Without that, you have no cause of action.

  5. drinking and hot tubs dont mix well, if you had to go to the dr. 3 time and never got stitches your just a baby!!!!

  6. are you ok...if so y would you sue

  7. Aw c'mon! Think about it. Enough people get minor injuries (which happen in life...), they sue to get some undeserved free money, cruise line has to put money into legal defense (to defend against what...accidents that are part of life?) ...what happens? Yup. Cruise prices go up. Now you (and lots of other people) can't afford to even go into a hot tub on a cruise ship.

Don't be a moron. Accidents happen, that is life. Playing the system is sleezy. You're fine, watch your step next time.

  8. If you took out insurance they should pay for the doctor visit.

  9. No.  YOU fell, the cruise line didn't push you down.  You grabbed the railing wrong.  Not the cruise line's fault either.  People are way too sue happy these days.

  10. why three trips to the MD?

if no stitches needed. it wasnt very deep and will not leave a lasting scar

can you prove the railing was defective with photos?

  11. NO! as I'm sure there was a "WATCH YOUR STEP" sign!

You must be one of those people who doesn't want to work and is always looking for a easy way out.
