The problem is that they are actively trying to stop Slayer's albums rather than just simply speaking out against it.

  2. Freedom of expression goes in both directions.

    You have the freedom of speech to call religious institution oppressive.

    The thrash metal band Slayer has the freedom of expression to put out albums like "God Hates Us All" and "Christ Illusion".

    People belonging to religious institutions also have the freedom of speech including the freedom to voice dissent about albums like "God Hates Us All" and "Christ Illusion".

    Freedom of speech does not mean very much unless you are willing to stand up for the freedom of speech of those who disagree with everything for which you stand.

    Or are you going to oppress the alleged oppressors?
