  1. If its fail to report an ADDRESS change, yes, that could be a felony if you are a predatory offender.  Please remember that predatory offenders are not just s*x offenders.  But that is the only thing that I know of that would be a felony.  Unless add means something else.  Kind of need more details on that.  But thats what I am guessing


  2. The only time you have to report an address change is when you are currently on parole/probation or are a convicted s*x offender.

Try to remember that this forum is worldwide and it helps to give your location (state), but in Ohio, failure to report means when a person is released on parole, he has 24 hours to report to his PO for the first time. Failure to do so within the time frame has one charge, which is escape. Since the person is on paper for a felony, that also means another felony charge.

    There are other things that might fall under the same general heading of your question, but this is the one that comes to mind as a secondary charge.
