At 430 am , my mother in law which is his e wife of 13 years was awoke due to the reving of a motorcycle opened the door and thought it was her son, only to see it was her ex hubby. She turned to go back into the house when he fired 3 shots. He then drove off. Also at the time there was two children in the house . The officer also charged him with reckless endangerment of two accounts. How much time will he get?
