Felony pb n 2states for non-support, felony assault 2nd degre by alford plea get 6 field violation reports. ??

probation ends in feb 2009 violation hearing is 8/25/08 What can happen?The judge is requesting to hear all violations on 8/25. He took alford plea on the assault and then committed several probation violations plus done over 4 mo in jail while on pb does that mean he will get time.His atty is a public defender.He has been in trouble for over 11 yrs every yr he has gotn n trouble like dwi ,assault on two other girls besides me as well as driving w/no liscense posess drug pari etc.....Felony non support over and over.Can he get a way with his criminal behavior?

sounds like his past is catching up with him. he will probably do time for the probation violation and will be placed on longer probation when he gets out.

He will either have his probation modified or revoked.  It sounds like he has a drug/alcohol problem.  If he is lucky the judge will throw him in rehab as a condition of his probation, but if the judge thinks he is a lost cause, then he is going to jail/prison.  No judge is just going to look the other way.
