I am 12 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby. At 11 weeks i had a ultrasound..bladder was completely full and and pushed my uterus way up..i was in pain from the full bladder. as soon as i layed down and the tech lifted my shirt i felt my babys first flutters..low down but definitely felt them, and right when she put the probe on my tummy (in the same spot) she could clearly see baby flaring hands and arms everywhere moving so much. thing is i only felt it that once and have not felt it since. is this ok? i know it is till early so movements will only happen every once in a while, but wouldnt i have felt it at least another time in a whole week?

btw, i know this was flutters and not gas =0)

  1. Im the same I felt it at 18 weeks.

I'm now 19w3d and still only feel it occasionally.

  2. totally normal hon. I'm 19w2d pregnant and I still feel it off and on.

  3. It is common in early pregnancy not to feel the flutters everyday.  I would go for several weeks and not feel any flutters after I felt them for the first time.  I think everything is okay.  :-)

  4. It was probably due to having your bladder so full that it pushed your uterus up and you were able to feel the movements that way.

  5. I know exactly how you feel, I didn't feel my first movements till around 20 something weeks but it is plenty normal baby movement is completely random till around your 28th week....

:] good luck and be excited at everything no matter what anyone says!!!!
