I haven't had much of an appetite at all since Thursday and when I do think about eating, I would start eating, then feel like not eating anymore.The only thing I ate today was only about 5 or so bites of a turkey sandwich(about an hour ago) & afterwards, I felt nauseous and had a bad headache and I still feel that way. Do you think I got nauseous from not eating for a while then eating again? And do you think me having an irregular period this month could cause it, maybe something to do with my hormones? I have no idea what's wrong, I haven't been stressed out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
