Female Boxing or Female MMA?

i enjoy a good boxing match and love a great mma fight. i cant stand to watch female boxing alot of times i see form just go out the door and they begin swingin for the fences. the last female MMA fight i saw was the one on Elites Xc last weekend and i didnt change the channel. the girl whom i cant remembers name showed almost perfect form and was amazing. any comments?

Gina Carano? Yeah dude she laid the smack down. Wish they had better conditioning and a better drive though. Seems like after a round their gassed and bored.

Either boxing or MMA doesnt matter. I want to see some knockouts though
