I'm 17 and I want to start boxing. How do I do this? Like really, where do I go? I think I'd be really good at it. I think I could take all my frustration into the ring and just raise h**l. What do you think? Also If you are a boxer, let me know about some of your experiences. When did you start, how, etc.. Thanks guys.

  1. its a hilliary world...

  2. you should check out MMA, mixed martial arts. I  enjoy the sport of boxing, but in MMA matches, there aren't many rules. Kicking, blocking, wrist locks, arm bars, knees to the face, are all examples of MMA. i would chose MMA over boxing, just because in boxing all you can really do is punch, while in MMA you can perform a double snap kick, one to the kidney followed with a direct kick to the head, knocking your opponent out instantly

MMA is a combination of different fighting styles and is very enjoyable for many ppl. it includes boxing, brazilian jujitsu, judo, wrestling, muay thai, hapkido, different styles of karate, and etc.

by using your frustration, you can use no mercy and destroy your opponents in the octagon, instead of using rules in boxing.

  3. If you want to box because your frustrated you should do something else but if you think you have what it takes go on down to the nearest gym and ask to spar with someone close to your size this will let you know if you really want to do this or not. I boxed for many years and I loved every minute of it good luck
