It comes with an o****m, yes, but it's something not everyone can do.  It actually comes from near the g-spot, which is the women's equivalent of the prostate gland in a male.  When properly stimulated, it releases a liquid, but not as much as a male.

female ejaculation is caused by the female o****m. if you have one and you havent orgasmed youre probably peeing.
