*Female* How do I lose 5-10 pounds in about 10 days?

I'm 14, 5'9 and weigh about 132-134. I want to lose about 5-10 pounds really fast, not because I have a party or something to go to, but because I have horrible will power. I figure if I lose the weight fast it will be easier just keeping it off. I'm not really that active however I do a lot of walking. Any certain diets I can go on that are about 10 days or under?

Master cleanse!   Although not designed to lose weight,it is very beneficial, and will help you lose weight.  It is a basic mixture of lemons and water and maple syrup with some cyan pepper.  Actually tastes pretty good, like a slightly spicy lemonade.   Anyway it cleanses all your organs, and in turn also makes you lose weight.  It is a 5-10 day program and takes a little will power, but so does anything to lose weight.  Search "master cleanse" on google, and you should find the exact recipe and instructions.
