Female Voice over for 'Enjoy England' Lindisfarne radio advert?

Who is the peson doing the voice over on the current Enjoy England radio commercial talking about Lindisfarne/Holy Island?

Although a great advert, it irritates me every time i hear it a i KNOW the voice but can't put my finger on who it is.Does anyone out there know?

The actress who voiced this commercial is Maxine Peake.  She is famous for staring in Shameless, Dinnerladies and more recently Confessions of a Diary secretary.
