Female adult dog sick/lazy?

Well, my dog's owner came to pick up Sally(DOGS NAME) to have her for 1 day.

After Sally came back, she has been puking, the barf is yellow... She's been barfing for a while from time to time. she's been lazy too and didnt want to move that much. She's pee/p**p regularly. Hours later, Sally stop barfing, and now start being her self.

NIGHT TIME NOW, sally has been lazy now, but no barfing and eating regularly. Sally looks sad with teary eyes and a bit of dry nose.

Do you think it depression?
