Female budgies cere changed color?

Question

My female budgie had laid a few eggs but the eggs turned out that they were not fertile and after that she stopped breeding. The thing i noticed with her is that her cere changed from dark brown and now it is like beige/whitish/light so is that normal. She seems pretty normal to me because she always comes and plays with me and is still active.So if theres important information someone please tell me. thanks :)

that means her hormones are calmed down from breeding, if it gets dark again that means she is ready to breed again   check out http://www.parrotcentral.net/parakeets.h... for good info on budgies
