Female cat pee issue?

Question

We recently moved to a new house and it came with an indoor tree. Well, my female cat LOVES to pee in it. I have put rocks in it to maybe stop her - it didn't work. Any suggestions?

Gonna sound wierd, but wash the rocks w/ white vinager.  The vinager takes the odor away.  Then, as I'm sure she'll continue to try, use a spray bottle of water to deter her from doing it again.

Cats love dirt, and nature, and trees. She won't care if theres rocks in it. She'll pee anyway. My male cat likes to dig up the house plant and take poops in it. He's a real stinker. (literally).

Um, spray the tree down with CITRUS. Like oranges, take real oranges and squeese them into a spray bottle and add a bit of water, don't dilute it so much but cats hate citrus.
