why can't i be a clearance diver in the australian navy?

I don't know, does the Australian Navy have common sense?  You would have the right to occupy any job in the US no matter how unsuitable or dangerous to others; in the UK it is now against the law to hire a man for any job a woman applies for, so Australia might well be on the way to being the next superpower.

Why can't you? Does it state women can't in the qualifications? If so, take it up with your law makers. Also, martial arts and dangers of diving and the combat aren't the same. No way the same.

Don’t know, but you can come to the U.S. and do Navy EOD, dive, jump, and blow stuff up with the boys
