Where are they?

Who will be the next female driver in the cup series?

Well there was Shawna Robinson but she didn't do too well. I'm like the lady above me. I'm thinking Crissy Wallace may be next in the big leagues.

Next female in NASCAR will probably be Danica Patrick as much as I'd hate to see it. There just aren't many females lighting it up in the lower levels. Mike Wallace's daughter has the family funding to back her run into at least Nationwide Series and hopefully she does well and moves on.

They're either retired or in the lower series.

The next female driver in the cup series will have a familiar last name... either Wallace or Cope.

i agree with jozi - it's looking like either chrissy wallace (mike's daughter) in the truck series, or the cope twins will be the next to make an assault on the top series. i think chrissy's got a good shot - she's got a lot of support from all the other wallaces, but from tony stewart and others. she's the only woman ever to win a late model race at hickory, and her starts this year in the truck series have been ok - not great, but ok.

the cope twins have a daytona 500 winning pops (derrike) but don't seem to have the backing yet. they've got the looks to make a serious splash if they can muster the talent to back it up - they could be the covergirls of nascar (the danica patricks of nascar? ;-), although i think a twins' swimsuit spread in sports illustrated by those two would outsell danica's by a longshot. but they're young in the arca series yet, and time will tell. you decide:

Chrissy wallace will be the next one in nascar she has already run 1 race in craftsman truck this season.  danika patrick sucks and you'll not see her in nascar.

Next female driver in the sprint cup series? Lookin forward to Danica Patrick she dominates the F1 division of racing so why not NASCAR too there is no longer such a thing as a sport that only a man or only a woman can play all sports are co ed

Unfortunately i think it will be one of those open wheel idiots(nothing against females) just one of those "i can drive anything people" who come to nascar and just get in the way all the time
