I always can expect PMS the week before my period i have had my period for four months and it is exactly on time every month (i know I'm really lucky!) but the problem is that i get really really emotional during that week for example i will randomly burst out crying or i will get mad at my parents over nothing... it is totally out of my control

what can i do to keep my moodswings under control? is there some type of medicine that helps with this?

thanks in advance

XOXO

  1. birth control may be able to help you. talk to ur parents about how u get those rlly bad mood swings and then tell them that u did some research online and it says birth control may be able to help-make usre to reasure them that u r in no way sexually active. maybe even print some stuff out showing all the ways it will help u-bc in a lot of ways it will. nothin negative about it.it will probly help the moodsings and:

    pimples

    regularity

    cramps

    bloating

    anxcious feelings

    and some more.

    it'll help lotts

talk to ur parents before u even get some tho. they will actually need to buy it.

  2. Ask a gynecologist or endocrinologist for a contraceptive pill, may work but you will need patience until you recover an exact regularity with a brand.

  3. i dont have my period yet but i can still help. im not an expert, so go on this website and make an account. then, you can ask dr. iris this question. she's a doctor especially for periods and female health.
