I always can expect PMS the week before my period i have had my period for four months and it is exactly on time every month (i know I'm really lucky!) but the problem is that i get really really emotional during that week for example i will randomly burst out crying or i will get mad at my parents over nothing... it is totally out of my controlwhat can i do to keep my moodswings under control? is there some type of medicine that helps with this? thanks in advance XOXO syd
