My workplace is mostly female dominated we have a few males all are lazy and unproductive and get away with it because of the old cliche "Oh you know what men are like" however  at the same time when the heat is on they definately all do their jobs well, but in general yes I would agree with you.

they do more and get more done because they dress and think smart everyday your clothes / outfit play a big part in how you look feel and act toward yourself the sharper you dress the better you make yourself look and feel and the more you get done

Disagree.  In the years I worked for other people, women were always so much more petty about every little thing.  They were always sniping about one thing or another.

Females and males can be equally good employees. A woman can do a job as good as a man. Women can do car repairs.. be car mechanics but still the male co-worker gets paid between 25 cents to 50 cents more per hour for doing the same kind of job..  That is discrimination. Both can be equally good, their competence at the workplace has nothing to do with the fact whether they are male or female only with their enthusiasm and their knowledge and their professionalism and their attitude.

I disagree. I have worked with some great men and great women. I've worked with some slacker men and women. I think it evens out actually.

I've heard it, its even been so in my experience. But I don't agree with it people are people and must be judged on an individual basis. You get the bad eggs in both genders just as you get those extraordinary people how stand out and just seem to live forty hour days to each one of yours.

So I don’t agree that females are good employees as compared to males.

Except I wouldn’t agree if the opposite was asked either.

Many bosses are still older men who have a picture of a female being subordinate and obedient, and have trouble managing male staff. Such bosses also pick the female staff as eye candy, which is why you get so much of the babies-and-lipstick chatter.

Employees need to be evaluated for themselves, their skills, and their ability to be part of a good work team.

I have supervised males and females in the course of a long working life, and the best staff have been of both sexes and all ages.

Females are less good. They gossip, form gangs  and get pregnant thus leaving their work for others to do.

Chatter, make up, nails, illness, baby care, and lack of attention!!

Of course there are many good women at work but they are so badly let down by the majority!!!

I guess I would have to say I disagree.  A good employee should be considered such based on the demands of their job and their ability to perform the job no matter if they are male or female.

Do I think that some men are better suited for some jobs still today, as opposed to women I'd have to say yes; and they always will be.

Same is true for women being better able to perform some jobs over men.
