Feminists.....?

Why do you believe in "equal rights?" Why do you fight for it?

We all breathe the same air, we all have something worthwhile to contribute to this world... basically, cuz we are all human and we have to live together.

I think feminism is more about just honoring both sexes, and not seeing one s*x as inferior to the other.

Some people saw women as animals or treated them inhumanely. Feminism wanted to put a stop to this...It doesn't mean that men and women have to be exactly the same.

Because I don't want to be legally prohibited from doing something a man can do. Simple as that.

I don't understand it either. I believe there are things that men do better than women and they are needed for our exsistence. Why can't some women just let a man "be the men."

Women are human.

I fight for what I see is right.  Even when doesn't directly affect me.

Even though women's rights have come a long way, women are still not equal. Unequal salaries are still evident, especially in the private sector.  I'm so glad to be working for the government (and soon to be military), because men and women are paid equally. That's the way it should be. Women work just as hard (or even harder) as men.

I believe all humans (no matter the gender or race) should be treated equally. But unfortunately, this will never be the case with so many ignorant people out there. Hopefully, in due time, this will change.
