Fency Restaurants in Cannes?

Hi

My boss is going to Cannes in a week to meet some important people there and he wants to take them to a fency restaurant and impress them.

It is my mission to find the restaurants, but I have never been to Cannes, so I am asking for a little help.

Any nice/fency restaurants you may advice?

Could you be a little spesific, if possible, such as adress, or maybe a website, not just a name...

i always go to France and have been to Cannes and a great restaurant is the Gaston-Gastounette, its renowned for its bouillabaisse, a french delicacy!

i looked in french Y-A.so  it would be in the Hotel Martinez.french and meditereanian food.good for businesss lunches.cost around 122 eur per person.
