Feng Shui for car problems?

Ok I know you can have feng shui for wealth, health, family, children, marriage, etc. But can you have feng shui for cars? I am having terrible trouble with my vehicle and I am so stressed out and need to focus on how to remedy this without going insane. Can feng shui help my finances through this struggle?
