Question:

Feng Shui help, my room has lots of windows?

My bedroom was originally a sunroom, so I've got ten windows total in the room, four across the door and three on either side of the room. I've just started getting into feng shui recently and I know I'm not supposed to have my bed right near a window, and as you might've guessed that's pretty much impossible for me not to do. Does anyone have any advice on how I can fix this problem?

  1. the problem with windows is that when they are open, because chi/ energy leaks through it. so, have a test, see if you are having unnecessary expenses or small accidents in your life. if you are not, then there is no reason to fix something that is not broken. but if there is a leak, you can just close the windows and not use them. an unused door or window in fengshui is a wall. or you can paint it or put a board on it, if it bothers you.


  2. First, make sure you're sleeping in one of your good directions. That's most important. If that seems to be where you have a window, you should use a curtain, so it will "replace" the supporting wall. You can check your personal good directions here:
