Feng shui where to put fish pond in front of house that faces East?

I'm new at this but house faces east also facing neighbor's backyard and side of their house across street. my garage is to the left of front porch, and big flower garden to the right.

everything in fengshui is practically measured, so at what degree does your front main door faces? bec east is subdivided into 3 directions; and it depends on this to know what areas in your house has good energy and bad energy - or to put that fish pond of yours so that you benefit from it.
