    but in manitoba its legal to own a captive bred fox..


  2. I can't fully answer that question because it seems to be hidden somewhere in documents. So, the question of their legal status is something I cannot provide documentation, but with the links to the breeders it is apparent that Canada is fox friendy.  I am sure the breeders will have the information you are looking for..
