Well, no.  If you're talking about Ragnarok, then basically it says he'll be pretty busy battling with Odin, then he'll kill Odin, and Odin's son will kill him.  In the battle, lots of people will be involved in wiping out the whole human race, but two people will survive and perpetuate humanity in the new world.

Fenrir son of Loki & Angrboða  is associated with Ragnorok which means "twilight of the gods"  which is in a whole other area code than the human race on the Great Yggdrasil... so not it does not have much to do with "doomsday"
