Feora Phanter primed to perform well in Summer Festival (Heat 1)
Feora Phanter looks to be confident enough to claim top spot in the Ladbrokes Summer Festival 416 – Heat 1 that is going to be held at Monmore racecourse on Monday night, June 18. The Open Race will commence at 17:38 (GMT).
The P. Sallis-trained brindle dog is keen to add fourth straight success to his career chart. He marvellously finished first in each of his last three outings with big margin.
This glorious hat-trick has hiked the dashing dog’s morale to a great extent. Prior to this, the three-year-old young runner had accomplished a number of iconic feats during the last year.
Since the very outset of his career, the brilliant son of Killahan Phanter out of Trip To Skellig has been a consistent performer and regular winner.
The dashing dog has proved on many occasions that he possesses immense talent and rich capabilities that can help him thrive in any sort of event. However, he has just one OR contest to his name.
In tonight’s marathon, the dashing dog will compete against five strong rivals such as Bowler Laramie, Lodgeview Rikijo, Proud Patsy, Jennas Pony and Tuttles Maldini.
If Feora Phanter manages to make an accurate use of his skills, he will surely have up to 90 percent chances to thrive.
Almost equally capable to Feora Phanter is Tuttles Maldini who also owns a splendid track record. The C. Price-trained black dog accomplished two epic triumphs in March 2012. He went on to win three races in a row from April 21 to May 17.
The four-year-old veteran hound elegantly finished as a runner-up rank in his last start on June 12. Overall, the son of Droopys Maldini out of Santoi Express poses to be a consistent performer.
Thus, there will be a tough tug of war between these two hounds. This battle will fill the event with thrill.
Among the other hounds, Lodgeview Rikijo is likely to do well tonight. The C. Price-trained black dog bagged a couple of consecutive victories in May 2012.
Let us enjoy the fantastic action live at Monmore. Good luck to all the contestants.
