Torres’ failure at Stamford Bridge could be pinned down to a couple of things, the weight of expectations, change in environment and his inability to adapt and last but not least the English media. There is also a possibility that the striker’s fitness has

Chelsea were linked to Torres in last year’s winter transfer window but the deal was never expected to go through and then all of a sudden, on deadline day, it was announced that the Blues had reached an agreement with the Reds to sign the Spaniard.
