According to the Spaniard he was extremely disappointed at the fact that he had not been named in the starting XI against Bayern Munich. He also went on to say that he felt lost at the club and that he had come close to giving up many times but had held
on because of the support he had received.

a place in the starting line-up.
He had done well in the last month to prove himself as a match starter, but interim manager Roberto Di Matteo didn’t seem to think so. The Italian boss started with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Didier-Drogba-c11044 instead, which proved to be the right decision since the Ivorian basically
won his side the final.
The 50 million pound striker felt let down and disappointed at the very small role he played in the Blues’ victory, coming on only after Bayern Munich had scored. His arrival did make a difference, with Didier Drogba finding the back of the net shortly after.
Torres said in an interview:
“It's contradictory because I feel like I'm at a peak moment in my career, with more desire and hunger than I've felt in a long time but I've had to spend the final on the bench. It was a huge disappointment when I saw the line-up, perhaps the biggest
in my life.
The future of many people at the club, including Didier Drogba and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Di Matteo, is uncertain and now Torres has claimed that he will make a decision regarding his future depending on his talks with the club about the role they wanted him to play.
He revealed:
“I need the club to tell me what is going to happen and what sort of role I will have within the team, what my duties are, what the club expects of me. And then judge whether it is worth it.”
