Ferret Traveling across canada?

Im trying to travel from Ontario To Alberta.

I need to bring my two baby ferrets with me.

Does anyone have any suggestions other than driving?

Even an animal transportaion company..

Anything, id really apprciate it.

  1. Are you driving from Ontario to Alberta, flying, or taking the train/bus?

    In most cases, you should be able to transport the ferrets in an appropriate animal cage. An airline would probably expect you to leave them in a special animal transportation cargo hold, and you would pay extra charges for that. But you may be able to get a train sleeper car which might allow you to keep the ferrets with you so they do not get stressed.

    And naturally, if you go by car, you would have them in a cage in your car that you could stop and check on them, feed them, or even give them some fresh air outside (if they are well trained, maybe even get out of the cage...)
