Ferret Walking Help ?

Hi i got a clicker lead for my ferrets and put it on them but they always get out of it somehow , haha . Any ideas/help for walking my ferrets ? Thanks

Ok, I had the same problem when I tried to take mine outside.  I don't think ferrets are good walking candidates.  They are so small and can be killed by just about everything so they feel really uncomfortable out in the open.  They feel really vulnerable and get scared then they squeeze out and try to hide.  

Weasels in the wild do not spend a lot of time out in the open but stay hidden underground or in thick brush.  I vote you get rid of the leash and just play with your kids in your home. You will both be happier and they will definitely be safer.
