Ferrets as pets. good or bad?

Hello everyone :) I was wondering if you could tell me about your experiences with Ferrets. Any information will be appreciated! Thank you!

I LOVE FERRETS!!

They are such amazing pets. You never lose interest in them because they are so cute and mischevious. They get in to EVERYTHING though, so beware! They also do stink, no matter what. They smell like cornchips. My friend has a ferret and it is amazing. I want to steal it! :D They are quite expensive though, so be prepared for that. Other than those things, they are great pets. Funny and fun to play with. Cute little guys, I think.

I love my three ferrets. They're so amazing and smart, and so lovable but whelm I got my first ferret I was a little overwhelmed by the smell they have but I learned to love it. Ferrets are good pets but if you really think about getting one then I would read Ferrets for Dummies. It's a great read and very important. Hope this helps

Good, but extremely nosey. You need to be prepared and have the time. They can get inside cabinets and eat medicines, cleaners, etc that easily kill them. They like to play but need a designated area b/c they may potty while running around. Need lots of attention or a  pal to play with of any species.

Ferrets, like most domesticated animals, do make good pets as long as they're raised properly.

If you're interested in getting a ferret or two, find a reputable breeder DO NOT GO WITH A PET-STORE ANIMAL!!! or shelters can put you in touch with ferret foster homes.

They will teach you how to properly care for your new pet and put you in touch with resources in your area to help you learn more.

they are GREAT

iv got 4. had 6 at one point.

they are very friendly, go in litter trays like cats so you can let them run about without worry,very funny to watch and play wth, good with kids. aw i love my ferrets so much.

I know tons of people who have had ferrets as pets. They say they're great pets they are kind of nosy mischievous animals. Some are better well behaved than others they as much attention about as a dog would need and are in my opinion a good pet to have!
