Ferroli Combi Boiler no hot water?

Brand new boiler central heating working fine but no hot water. Boiler does display D2 whichI presume is a fault code.

if you look in the manual that should have come with your boiler there will be a list of fault codes. you will be able to Determine what is wrong with your boiler by this. the boiler will still be under guaranty, if brand new i would call the plumber back. usually the flow switch or a diaphragm washer but this is unusual for a new boiler.
