Ferry & Beach question?

Question

I'm wondering how the ferries are running these days from Fajardo to Culebra and Vieques. I was there last year and the big ferries were out of service and we almost didn't get across, we ended up on the cargo ferry. I'm heading back in June and wonder if we're going to have the same problem.

Also wondering how Flamenco Beach is on Culebra since the big storms in March. Was the beach washed away?
