Fertilaty Friend Chart Please Help?

Hi all. I have just started using the chart on fertility friend, i really don't have a clue what i am doing, can anybody give me some pointers please.

Starting taking your temperature every morning before you even get up, starting the first day of your period, till the beginning of your next cycle. Chart it on fertility friend including the days you have s*x, you ewcm, any medication your taking etc. It will tell you when you ovulated

HI there, FF has a free charting course you can do, and it will teach you everything you need to know to chart successfully. it's not hard really all you need to do to start with is take your temp first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up (before moving at all or anything) use a Basal Body Thermometre, and FF will interpret your temps as you go. to confirm ovulation FF will wait to see 3 temps of a higher nature usually after a temp dip for most women. ANd remember to always take your temp at the same time every morning as soon as you wake up.

Might want to chart your cm too as that combined with temps will really help you learn what your fertile days are. The best thing to do would be to use google to find info on BBT charting. Good Luck to you
