Fertility treatment laws

well my sister in law and this man are having an affair shes not married but he is and now they want a child but have to have fertility help so what i would like to know is in the state of texas are they going to be able to without his wifes knowledge..will a clinic do that...... i think its wrong and have told her that he needs to get a divorce first and go from there but he wont cause he will loose everything...... i have posted this question in law also but thought i would try here thank you in advance

  1. How can she find out. Maybe in the future she may want to take him for child support than his wife may find out.


  2. there is no known law to stop this. to my knowledge cheating isnt even against the law. to each his own i guess, no matter how wrong it may be, but yea i agree with you, he should get a divorce first. that's not fair to the baby or his current wife.  

  3. He would have to use his insurance so she will find out one way or another.  Plus if his insurance doesnt cover it, he would have to pay out of pocket.  She would notice if $12,000.00 was missing.  It will cost him more in the future if his wife finds out then him filing for divorce now.
