Question:

Festina 16177 / 8- Tour de France 2005 - second...

I have just purchased a new Festina watch - model 16177 / 8- Tour de France 2005. The main second hand does not move even though the watch appears to be functioning correctly (keeping time etc).

Does anyone know what the cause and more importantly resolution to this problem might be?
