Few basic sentences in French?

I will be visiting in France in a few days and I wanted to know some basic words or sentences that I might need to know while there. Thanks.

Vous devriez poursuivre votre tailleur en justice...You should sue your tailor

J'ai une grenouille dans mon bidet!...I have a frog in my bidet!

But seriously, aside from hello (bonjour), please (s'il vous plait) and thank you (merci), don't worry about it. (Okay...its also good to know that "tirez" means "pull" (as on a door) and poussez means "push").

Most people in service industries related to tourism will speak at least a little English and its expecting too much to be able to learn French in just a few days.

S'il vous plait: Please (VERY IMPORTANT)

Oui: yes

Non: No

Je voudrais: I would like

Ou est: Where is (you may use this a lot)

Parlez vous anglais (Do you speak english)

Ou sont les toilettes(where is the bathroom)

*Someone once told me that the single most useful phrase in France is "Pardon, si je vous derange" which means pardon me for bothering you...For instance if you are in a shop and you would like some attention from the staff you might use this phrase. French people want you to try and speak French and they also want you to be humble about it. This phrase goes a long way in breaking the ice.  Have fun!
