  1. Yes, shots at 2 months, boosters at 3 months (at about $50 each) and once a year from then on, and neutering at about 6 months (at about $100).  Spaying is the female equivalent of neutering (basically tying of tubes).

  2. Shots are usually done at 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks. Some vets start at 6 weeks, but seeing as your pup is already 2 months it would be as I said. Rabies is also done at 16 weeks normally.

He should be neutered at about 6 months. Before he starts to hike his leg is best.

Spaying is when the uterus and overies are removed from a female dog.

  3. 8 week old pups should have already had a first set of shots plus boosters (depending if the dog is a little more than 2 months now). You should take it in now if it hasnt been already. If the dog is a male he should be neutered around 6 to 8 months old however you vet likes. Spaying is what they call the same surgery for a female dog. Vets tend to do that around 4 to 6 months for the girls.
